Beyond Hold'em is a poker training app made by Prismity. It teaches the rules and strategy of poker variants through lessons, drills, and practice hands against a computer opponent. It involves no real-money wagering: nothing can be deposited, won, or cashed out, and virtual points (XP, streaks, badges) have no monetary value.
Accounts are optional and free. You're responsible for the email address you register; we're responsible for keeping your synced progress reasonably safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app, which permanently removes your synced data.
Poker involves skill and chance. Our coaching reflects generally sound strategy for the situations it covers, but we make no promises about your results in real games, and nothing in the app is financial advice.
The app is currently free. If paid plans launch, their terms (price, renewal, cancellation) will be shown at purchase and handled through the App Store / Google Play, whose refund policies apply.
The app, its content, characters, and branding belong to Prismity. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; we retain everything else.
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: nothing).
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
